Welcome to Blueprint Systems. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at getblueprintsystems.com (the "Site") and the marketing automation services (the "Services") provided by Blueprint Systems LLC ("Blueprint Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Blueprint Systems is the all-in-one back office for contractors and small business owners. We provide done-for-you marketing automation for home service businesses, helping our clients capture, follow up with, and convert leads so they never miss an opportunity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate and current.

3. Services

Our Services include marketing automation setup, lead capture and follow-up systems, CRM configuration, and related back-office tools delivered through the Blueprint Systems platform. Specific features and deliverables included in your subscription will be communicated to you at the time of onboarding.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

Our Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at $297 per month, billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your designated payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your Services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Services through that period.

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused portions of a subscription, or fees already billed.

6. No Guarantees

Blueprint Systems provides tools, systems, and automations to help you grow your business. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, leads, customers, or business outcomes from the use of our Services. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, your own efforts, and how you use the Services.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely responses, and access to any third-party tools or accounts reasonably required for us to deliver the Services. Delays caused by your failure to provide required information or approvals do not relieve you of your payment obligations.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any law or regulation, including telemarketing, anti-spam, and consumer protection laws (such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws); (b) send messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them; (c) transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; (d) infringe the rights of any third party; or (e) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content of any messages, emails, or communications sent through the Services and for ensuring you have proper consent from your contacts.

9. SMS Communications from Blueprint Systems

If you provide your phone number through a form on our Site or via text, you may receive SMS messages from Blueprint Systems related to your inquiry, including follow-ups on lead form submissions, replies to your questions, and onboarding-related communication. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, workflows, snapshots, templates, automations, branding, and materials provided by Blueprint Systems are the intellectual property of Blueprint Systems LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials solely for the operation of your own business while you are an active subscriber.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or copy our proprietary systems, snapshots, or templates without our written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to GoHighLevel, payment processors, and SMS/email gateways). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint Systems LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blueprint Systems LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) the content of any communications you send using the Services.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the Services in a manner that we determine poses risk to us, our other clients, or third parties.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
